About ColdShip

# We Built a Better Cold Chain Box. Because the Industry Was Still Stuck on Styrofoam.

ColdShip started with a single observation: every major cold chain packaging supplier was selling a variation of the same 50-year-old solution — expanded polystyrene, slow lead times, and a 1-800 number. We weren't interested in a slightly better version of that.

Before

## The Problem

Most cold chain suppliers were big, slow, and shipping out of a handful of coastal warehouses. Lead times ran 2–3 weeks. Customer service meant submitting a ticket. And styrofoam was the default answer to every temperature requirement — regardless of the environmental cost.

Four hubs — San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, New York — put us within 2–3 ground days of every facility in the continental U.S.  Every customer has one dedicated rep. Lead times measured in days, not weeks.

## How We Do It

Every liner and mailer is tested to hold temperature under real-world transit conditions. ISTA-validated. Full reports available. We don't make claims we can't document.

We didn't add recyclability as an afterthought. We built the company around it. Every product we've ever made is 100% sustainable — not because it's a trend, because it's non-negotiable.

### Speed & Coverage

Four hubs. 2–3 ground days. Order by 2PM and it ships today. Close enough to be your local vendor, big enough to scale with you.
