What products does ColdShip offer?
Three core product lines: cotton insulated box liners, insulated mailers (for direct-to-consumer and pharmaceutical small parcel), and pallet covers (for LTL and air freight). We also offer paper liners and specialty insulation including tissue, hemp, and foil.
What temperature ranges can your products maintain?
Our foil liners and mailers are validated to maintain 2–8°C (refrigerated) and 15–25°C (controlled room temperature) for 24–48 hour transit windows. Extended 72+ hour configurations are available. Ask us for the ISTA test report for your lane.
What sizes do your liners come in?
We stock sizes to fit standard USPS, UPS, and FedEx box dimensions — from small 6×6×6 mailers up to 24×18×18 large box liners. Custom sizes available. Tell us your box dimensions.
Do you offer gel packs or refrigerants?
YES! We've partnered with some of the nation's largest gel ice manufacturers, allowing us to provide high-quality gel ice solutions at highly competitive prices. Our team can recommend the ideal gel ice configuration for your specific shipment, helping ensure your products stay protected while optimizing cost.

What's the minimum order quantity?
We have low MOQs designed for startups and high-growth companies. Enterprise accounts get the same pricing transparency. Contact your rep for current minimums and volume pricing.
How fast does ColdShip ship?
Orders placed by 2PM ship same day from your nearest hub. Standard delivery is 2–3 ground days to most locations in the continental U.S. — San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, and New York.
Can I get a sample before committing to an order?
Yes. Free sample packs are available for any product or size configuration. Tell us what you're shipping and your box dimensions — we'll send samples matched to your packout.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Send us your LxWxH and we'll spec a liner that fits your box. Custom sizes available across all products.
Sustainability
Are ColdShip products actually curbside recyclable?
Yes, unless they are designed to for the compost bin. Not "recyclable where facilities exist" — curbside. Our paper-based mailers and liners are accepted at standard curbside programs. End-of-life respect for FTC Green Guides.
Do you have LCA or biobased certification data?
Yes. Life Cycle Assessment data, USDA BioPreferred certified biobased content, and chemical profile testing are available on request. If you're filing an ESG report, we can provide the data you need.
Does ColdShip use styrofoam in any products?
No. Zero styrofoam across every product, every configuration, every order. Non-negotiable.
Shipping & Compliance
Is ColdShip packaging ISTA validated?
Yes. Our products are tested to ISTA 7E and 7D protocols — the cold chain industry standard for temperature-sensitive shipments. Full test reports available on request.
Can your packaging be used for pharmaceutical shipments?
Yes. Validated for USP <1079> compliant transit, biologic and reagent cold chain, and HACCP-aligned cold storage. Your rep can match you to the right configuration for your accreditation requirements.
Do you support ISTA accreditation processes?
Yes. We provide thermal chamber simulated data, guided pack-out assembly instructions, and live lane testing support. Your rep has done pharma accreditations before — they'll walk your team through the process.
